    Cancellations and Returns

    All Orders First 30 Days:

    You can return or cancel your orders for any reason at any time within 30 days of receipt, after 30 days we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or to refuse the return.

    Parts must be returned to us in the same condition and packaging as you received them or we are permitted to deduct a percentage of the cost of the part.

    A full refund or exchange will be agreed upon once the item(s) has been received and has been inspected to ensure items are in their original packaging (where applicable) and unused.

    If the part is returned as faulty and is working upon inspection, postage cost will be deducted from the refund.

    Faulty Items After 30 Days:

    All items come with a 1 year HTS warranty. The warranty starts from the date of the purchase. Warranty means HTS will repair or replace the item.

    RETURN PROCESS

    Free Returns for Faulty or Wrongly Sent Items (Royal Mail Returns Portal)

    We offer free returns for faulty or wrongly sent items. To return your online order to us free of charge, please use the Royal Mail Returns portal.

    1. Print and complete our returns note which can be found here:(*1)
    2. Re-package your items safely, including the completed returns note.
    3. Follow the instructions on www.royalmail.com (*2) to receive your returns label.
    4. Your money will be refunded to the original payment method within 15 working days after we receive your item.

    Other Courier Options:

    To make an independent return, please print and complete our Returns Note which can be found here(*1). Make sure it is included in your return, then send the goods to the following address:

    Note: Any postage cost obtained via independent return will not be refunded.

    Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when you return the item(s) to us (make sure you keep a copy of the proof of postage in case we do not receive the returned parcel, as we cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.

    Our returns team will email you confirming receipt of your item(s). If you do not receive an email within 3 – 4 working days, please email returns@heatingtradesupplies.com.

    REFUNDS

    Our returns team will process your refund after we receive and check your items. Please allow 15 days for our team to refund your money.
    The refund will be processed to the original payment method used to place the order.
