Worcester Bosch Boiler DHW Pipe Assembly 87161064270

Product Overview

The Worcester Bosch Domestic Hot Water (DHW) Pipe Assembly (Part Number: 87161064270) is a hydraulic pipe component designed for selected Worcester Bosch boiler systems.

The DHW pipe assembly forms part of the boiler's domestic hot water circuit, providing a connection for water flow between associated hydraulic components.

Correct installation and sealing of the pipe assembly are important for maintaining the integrity of the water circuit and preventing leakage during normal boiler operation.

This part may be available in New or Refurbished condition. Please select your desired option from the dropdown menu above. Refurbished components should be professionally inspected for corrosion, physical damage, internal restrictions and leakage before installation.

Technical Insight & Common Failure Symptoms

The domestic hot water pipe assembly is a hydraulic component that forms part of the boiler's internal water distribution arrangement.

It provides a connection within the domestic hot water circuit, allowing water to pass between the relevant components during operation.

Over time, the pipe assembly may be affected by corrosion, mechanical damage, internal deposits or deterioration of its connections and sealing surfaces.

Possible signs that the DHW pipe assembly or associated components require inspection include:

• Water leakage around the pipe or its connections.

• Visible corrosion or deterioration of the pipe assembly.

• Cracks, deformation or other physical damage.

• Damaged or worn connection surfaces.

• Loose or insecure hydraulic connections.

• Reduced water flow associated with internal restrictions.

• Damage identified during boiler servicing.

These symptoms do not necessarily confirm a faulty DHW pipe assembly, as similar problems may result from damaged seals, other pipework connections, water flow restrictions or associated hydraulic components. Correct professional diagnosis should be carried out before replacement.

Compatibility

This part (MPN: 87161064270) is intended for selected Worcester Bosch boiler systems.

Please verify the exact boiler model, GC number, part number, pipe configuration and connection arrangement against the manufacturer's technical documentation before ordering to ensure correct fitment.

Safety Advice

Boiler domestic hot water pipe assemblies and associated hydraulic components should only be inspected, removed or installed by a suitably qualified and competent heating engineer.

Always isolate the appliance and relevant water supplies before carrying out any work. Allow the system to cool and safely release residual pressure before removing the pipe assembly. Follow the manufacturer's servicing instructions and complete all required pressure, leakage and operational safety checks before returning the boiler to service.
