All Orders First 30 Days:

You can return or cancel your orders for any reason at any time within 30 days of receipt, after 30 days we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or to refuse the return.

Parts must be returned to us in the same condition and packaging as you received them or we are permitted to deduct a percentage of the cost of the part.

A full refund or exchange will be agreed upon once the item(s) has been received and has been inspected to ensure items are in their original packaging (where applicable) and unused.

If the part is returned as faulty and is working upon inspection, postage cost will be deducted from the refund.

Faulty Items After 30 Days:

All items come with a 1 year HTS warranty. The warranty starts from the date of the purchase. Warranty means HTS will repair or replace the item.

Refunds:

Our returns team will process your refund after we receive and check your items. Please allow 15 days for our team to refund your money.

The refund will be processed to the original payment method used to place the order.

Depending on the customer’s choice during checkout the products will be delivered either by courier service or Royal Mail first class post. Purchases made after 1 pm are not guaranteed to be dispatched the same day, although most of the time we are able to dispatch until 4pm. Royal Mail deliveries usually take from 1-3 days and delivery times depend on them. Please select courier service during checkout if you need the part urgently and this will be a next day delivery.

We send full boilers and delivery charge will be £50.00. Please contact us if you need boilers.

We are able to send parcels for Saturday delivery. Please contact us if you need the part over the weekend.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver worldwide with international carriers. If for any reason we are unable to deliver to a specific country, we will contact the customer after the sale.

For UK deliveries:

Please keep in mind that the prices for certain locations, including Isle of Man, Scilly Islands, Isle of Wight, Scottish Isles, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland differ from £15.00 to £25.00 and sent via courier service. The cost will be calculated depending of the delivery address.

For EU destinations:

Your parcel will be sent with DPD Local and tracking information will be sent on request.

Rest of the world:

Depending on your location, your parcel may be tracked to your door or can only be tracked until it has left the UK. We do not take any responsibility after the parcel has left the UK in these instances.

Absolute cheap rubbish, first time I used it the fitting blew off the flow pipe, the hoses are too short about 6 foot, so unless you Powerflush by the toilet to dump the dirty water. I had to buy extra long armoured hoses so I could place my machine outside when Powerflushing. The bottom pump hose came loose so had to fit a jubilee clip to secure it. The other day the cheap plastic wheels broke off only held on by small thin pins. Fitted wheels from my mum’s walking aid that was broken. Final straw was I used it yesterday and the pump overheated and wouldn’t switch back on so I had to back home to get my old faithful Fernox machine from my garage. My grandad always said ‘buy cheap buy twice’ so anyone who thinks this machine is a bargain it is if you want something that might last 2 years and then falls apart after the 2 year warranty. £600 wasted think twice about buying this buy a decent machine for about a £1000. This company sells cheap, poor quality stuff so stay clear people.
