National Boiler Spares respects your privacy and gives you the right to request deletion of your customer account and associated personal data.

How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your National Boiler Spares account and associated personal data, please email:

Use the subject line:

Account Deletion Request

Please send the request from the email address associated with your National Boiler Spares account so that we can verify your identity.

In your message, please include:

  • Your full name

  • The email address associated with your account

  • A clear statement that you would like your National Boiler Spares account to be deleted

What happens after your request

Once we receive and verify your request, we will delete or anonymise personal information associated with your customer account where legally permitted.

Certain information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including information relating to completed orders, payments, taxation, fraud prevention, accounting, warranties, disputes or other legal obligations.

Where information must be retained, it will only be kept for the period required by applicable law or legitimate business requirements.

Data that may be deleted

Depending on your account activity, this may include:

  • Name and contact information

  • Saved addresses

  • Account preferences

  • Other personal information associated with your customer profile

Information connected with completed purchases may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention or regulatory purposes.

Mobile application

This deletion process applies to accounts and personal data associated with both the National Boiler Spares website and the National Boiler Spares mobile application.

Deleting the mobile application from your device does not automatically delete your customer account or personal data. Please follow the instructions above to request account deletion.
