DELIVERY

Items purchased with Express Delivery will be dispatched same day via courier to arrive next working day. All items purchased before 2.30 PM Monday – Friday are dispatched same day. Although we do not guarantee it, most of the time we are able to dispatch until 4.30pm. We offer Special Delivery by 1pm, Saturday and Sunday delivery as well.
Items with free delivery will be dispatched same day with Royal Mail 2nd Class standard postage unless opted out for 1st class delivery. Please keep in mind that delivery dates depend on Royal Mail and not us.
If for any reason we are unable to dispatch the item, we will contact you straight away. If you would like to collect any item, then please contact us prior to arrange an appropriate time. We recommend all gas spare parts should be fitted by a qualified Gas Safe Registered engineer.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns must be made within 30 days as per Ebay policy. Important: Please include a copy of the receipt and a brief note of reason for return inside the package along with your contact details. We offer delivery to UK, EU and when possible, rest of the world.

NOT IN WARRANTY:

Parts fitted by a non Gas Safe Registered person, broken, cracked, burnt or water-damaged parts are excluded from Warranty Service.

If we are unable to refurbish your part due to excess damage and you would like us to return your part, you will be required to pay the postage.

REFURBISHMENT SERVICE: When you select this service, you agree to send your faulty item to our address to be refurbished and sent back to you.
Our price includes delivery to you and you would need to pay the
postage to send the item to us. In most cases we refurbish and send the
item back the same day of receiving it, please select next day delivery
option during checkout to receive the item back with 24h delivery.
Please send your faulty part to our collection address with your contact and transaction details inside the package.

WRONGLY SENT ITEMS

We offer a full refund to the customer, please include a copy of the receipt and a brief reason of return inside the package.

FAULTY ITEMS

We reserve the right to have any alleged faulty items tested by the manufacturer before issuing a full refund or supplying a replacement. The manufacturer may require a qualified gas safe registered engineer’s report before issuing a refund. Please do not tamper with the product otherwise we reserve the right to not replace or refund for the item.

WRONGLY PURCHASED ITEMS

Wrongly purchased items must be returned in their original packaging and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (this is to cover Ebay and handling fees). All Returns must be unused and returned with their original packaging. We do not accept any not required / wrongly purchased electrical items back (including printed circuit boards).
