Items purchased with Express Delivery will be dispatched same day via Interlink Express to arrive next working day.
All items purchased before 4PM Monday – Friday and before 11AM on Saturday dispatched same day.
Items with free delivery will be dispatched same day with Royal Mail 1st Class postage unless costumer choose to pay extra to upgrade to express delivery.

WRONGLY PURCHASED ITEMS
Items that we have charged postage for & that are not required or wrongly purchased must be returned in their original packaging and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (this is to cover Ebay fees).

All Returns must be unused & returned with their original packaging.

We reserve the right to have any alleged faulty items tested by the manufacturer before issuing a full refund or supplying a replacement. The manufacturer may require a qualified gas safe registered engineerâ€™s report before issuing a refund.
